To ensure the secure processing of your request, you must send the request from the email address linked to your account and provide the necessary details for identity verification, including your full name, registered email address, and date of birth. You may also include your reason for deletion (optional).
Once received, your request will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that logging into your account during this period will cancel the request. You are encouraged to back up any important data before proceeding.
We retain the right to preserve minimal data where required by law or for fraud prevention and compliance.
